dc.description.abstract The objectives of this research were to find out the improvement students’ ability in speaking by using Everyone is Teacher Here method. This research had been conducted by applying Classroom Action Research. The subject of this research was the eight grade students in SMP N 4 Kutacane academic year 2018/2019 which consist 23 students. This research was analyzed by using quantitative and qualitative data. The instruments in collecting data were test itemand observation sheets. In conducting this research, the researcher used two cycles namely cycle I and cycle II. Before giving test in cycle I, the researcher gave pre-test. In pre-test the research findings show that the mean score was 67.17 with the succes percentage at 34.78%, in the first cycle test the mean score was 81.08 with the succes percentage at 65.21% and in the second cycle test the mean score was 88.04, with the percentage 100% which means all the students passed the standard minimum score. In term of students’ activity in the learning process the average percentage was at 80.86%, and in the second cycle 87.39%. Then, the teachers’ activities in teaching learning process in cycle I had the percentage was at 79.77 % and 85.91% in the second cycle. Based on these reasearch findings, it was concluded that speaking of students’ ability was improvement by applying Everyone is Teacher Here Method en_US
