dc.description.abstract This research aims to: (1) Describe the perlocutionary speech act of netizens in the comment column of Nissa Sabyan ; (2) Reveal how the verbs of perlocutionary speech acts are in the comments column of Nissa Sabyan‟s Instagram. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitativemethod because the data studied are in the form of language in the form of netizens' speech in the Instagram comment column.The research method used is the theory of Bogdan and Taylor (2014) which defines a qualitative methodology. The process of presenting the data in the form of a table then the researcher describes the utterances that contain speech acts perlocutionary spoken by netizens The source of the data was obtained from the comments of Instagram users in the comments column of Nissa Sabyan's Instagram account and it was collected by looking the instagram comments‟ column and taking note, and the data were analyzed by some steps they were preperation, data collection, data analysis. The data of this research were 33 comments. The finding showed that there were 33 perlocutionary acts which consist types of perlocutionary acts there were consist 10 perlocutionary of Directive speech act, 9 perlocutionary of Expressive speech act, 8 perlocutionary of Representative speech act, and 6 perlocutionary of Commisive speech act. Based on the analysis verbs of perlocutionary acts , it was found that there were 3 persuading, 3 deceive, 5 encourage, 5 irritate, 3 frighten, 3 amuse, 8 embarrass, 3 attract attention. en_US
