Abstract:
This study used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) factorial, with 2
factors the first factor is the various composition of the planting media with 3
levels that is M0 = Soil (Control), M1 = Soil : Cow Manure : Husk Charcoal
(2:2:1), M2 = Soil : Cow Manure : Sawdust (2:2:1) and the second factor
provision of coconut water with 4 levels that is K0 = Without Treatment (control),
K1 = 100 ml/ poly bag, K2 = 200 ml/ poly bag, K3 = 300 ml/ poly bag. The
parameter measured is plant height, number of leaves per plant, number of clumps
per plant, diameter of the tuber, number of tubers per plant, number of tubers per
box, fresh weight of tubers per clump, fresh weight of tubers per box, dry weight
of tuber winds per plant, harvest index.
Observation data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA α =
5%) and continued with the average difference test according to Duncan Multiple
Range Test (DMRT). The results showed that the various composition of the
planting media had a real influence on observed parameter. The provision of
coconut water has no significant effect all observed parameters. The interaction
between the treatment of various composition of the planting media and the
provision of coconut water did no significantly effect all observed parameters
