Abstract: The rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has significantly impacted the field of education, particularly in English language teaching. This study aims to identify the challenges faced by English teachers in integrating AI at Nurul Hasanah Private Junior High School and to formulate strategies to address those challenges. A quantitative survey method with a cross-sectional approach was used, involving four English teachers as respondents. The findings reveal several key challenges: limited access to technology, lack of training and understanding of AI, difficulties in curriculum integration, insufficient policy support, and ethical and accuracy concerns related to AI use. Despite these obstacles, teachers expressed a positive outlook on the potential of AI when supported by proper training and infrastructure. Recommended strategies include improving teachers’ digital literacy, continuous professional development, collaboration with technology developers, and adapting curricula to better integrate AI. This study highlights the importance of institutional support and teacher capacity-building to navigate the digital transformation in education effectively.
