Abstract: | Human resource management (HR) is the key to business success. A workforce that follows the principle of "The right person in the right place" is essential to ensure that business productivity runs smoothly. Employees must demonstrate good performance and have the ability to help achieve goals and objectives. There are still many companies that do not fully understand the complex relationship between work experience, motivation, and job placement in an effort to improve Employee Work Productivity. Often, workers who have high skills and enthusiasm are not assigned to the right position so that they can reduce their positive impact on the company. The research approach used in this study is to use an associative approach. The population and sample of this study are all employees at the office of PT. Bakrie Sumatra Plantations Tbk. North Sumatra I Unit which totals 33 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is the Partial Least Square (PLS) method using SmartPLS software. The results of the study can be concluded as follows: 1.Work Experience has a significant effect on Employee Work Productivity. 2.Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Work Productivity. 3.Job placement has a significant effect on Employee Work Productivity. 4.Work Experience has a significant effect on Job Placement. 5.Motivation has no effect on Job Placement. 6.Work Experience has a significant effect on Employee Work Productivity with Job Placement as an Intervening Variable. 7.Motivation has no effect on Employee Work Productivity with Job Placement as an Intervening Variable. Suggestions from the author are as follows: 1.Employees are expected to add more work experience. 2.Companies must determine good policies for employees so that they can be motivated to increase their productivity. 3.The company always reviews the appropriate job placement for employees based on their experience and motivation. 4.The researcher further added variables that affect the tendency to increase Employee Work Productivity. |
