Legal review of TikTok content containing open photos and videos in live format from the perspective of the Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE) Law is an important aspect in efforts to regulate and protect internet users, especially children and teenagers, from dangerous content. The ITE Law provides the relevant legal basis for responding to violations of online security, including the spread of sexually explicit content. Such content may outline provisions regarding the provision or distribution of pornographic or sexually harmful content to minors, which is subject to strict criminal sanctions. The ITE legal perspective also allows the government and law enforcement agencies to carry out law enforcement actions against violations that occur through social media platforms such as TikTok, including monitoring violating content, investigating perpetrators, and criminal action. With a clear legal framework, it is hoped that protection of children and teenagers from content presenting sexy content on TikTok can be improved to create a safer and more secure online environment for all users.en_US
