dc.description.abstract Trichoderma mold is one type of organism that lives in plant tissue without causing damage to the host. This mold is able to produce enzymes needed to degrade leaf tissue so that these molds can be utilized as molds that help the fermentation process of Eucalyptus leaves to produce a hinger oil yeild. This study aims to determine the effect of fermentation time and concentration of Trichoderma harzianum fungi on the caracterization of the fhysical properties of Eucalyptus grandis oil produced. This study uses a completely randomized design (CRD) with two factorial. Factor I is the concentration of Trichoderma harzianum. (K) which consist of four treatments namely K1= 4%, K2= 5%, K3= 6% and K4 = 7%. Factor II is the time of fermentation that is W1 = 2 days, W2 = 4 days, W3 = 6 days and W4 = 8 days. This research began with fermentation of eucalyptus grandis leaves followed by of destillation process that lasted for 3 hours calculated from the first drop. The best treatment was obtained from fermentation with a duration of 8 days and 7 % concentration of mold with the acquisition of yeild = 3,024%, specific gravity = 0,985 g/ml, refractive index = 1,395 and fragrance = 3,435 (preferably panelists). en_US
