Pengaruh Financial Knowledge Terhadap Financial Behavior Melalui Financial Attitude Pada Personel Intelijen Polrestabes Medan

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of Financial Knowledge on Financial Behavior through Financial Attitude on Medan Police Personnel directly or indirectly. The approach used in this research is a causal approach. The population in this study were all Medan Police personnel. The sample in this study using a saturated sample of 98 personnel Intel Polrestabes Medan. Data collection techniques in this study using interview techniques, documentation study, observation, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses a quantitative approach using statistical analysis using the Auter Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this study prove that directly Financial Knowledge and Financial Attitude have a significant effect on Financial Behavior and indirectly Financial Knowledge has a significant effect on Financial Behavior through Financial Attitude in Polrestabes Personnel.
