Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh POS (perceived Organizational Support), OLC (Organizational Learning Culture) terhadap OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behaviour) melalui Job Satisfaction pada 106 karyawan di PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk Wilayah Telkom Medan, Indonesia. Metode analisis data menggunakan Metode Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pos (Perceived Organizational Support) dan Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif signifikan, Olc (Organizational Learning Culture) dan Job Satisfaction berpengaruh positif signifikan, Pos (Perceived Organizational Support) dan OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behaviour) tidak berpengaruh signifikan, Olc (Organizational Learning Culture) dan OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behaviour) berpengaruh positif signifikan, Job Satisfaction dan OCB Organizational Citizenship Behaviour berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, POS (Perceived Organizational Support) terhadap OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behaviour) melalui Job satisfaction negatif tidak signifikan, Olc (Organizational Learning Culture) terhadap OCB (Organizational Citizenship Behaviour) melalui Job satisfaction hasilnya negatif tidak signifikan.
