This study aims to determine the effect of inorganic
fertilizer on the growth of several rice varieties (Oryza sativa L.) Under oil palm
stands (Elaeis quineensis Jacq) aged 8 years. This research was carried out in the
center of palm oil research (PPKS) aek pancur garden tanjung morawa district deli
serdang district with altitude of ± 30 m above sea level. The execution time of the
research was carried out on Tuesday, August 2018 until it was finished. This
study uses Factorial Split Plot Design (RPT) consisting of two factors studied,
namely: Chemical Fertilizer Factor (D) divided into D1 = 2.75 g / barrel, D2 = 5.5
g / barrel, D3 = 8, 26 g / barrel and D4 = 11 g / barrel while the Variety factor is
divided into 4 levels, V1 = Ramos, V2 = Inpara 2, V3 = Inpari 4 and V4 =
Ciherang. There were 12 combinations of treatments repeated 3 times resulting in
48 experimental plots, distance between plots 100 cm, length of the research plot
100 cm, width of the research plot 50 cm, number of plants per plot 5 plants,
number of sample plants per plot 5 plants, total number of sample plants 240
plants. The results showed that chemical fertilizer and the use of several varieties
did not have a significantly different effect on all observational parameters. |
