Abstract:
This study aims to determine how the e-channel instrument influences the activities of
households in Bank Syariah Mandiri customers.
The approach taken is a direct approach because the data used in this study is
primary data obtained directly from the answers of 60 respondents who are customers of
Bank Syariah Mandiri who download and use the mobile banking service application as a
transaction medium in their daily lives, especially in household activities. . The technical
data analysis in this study uses simple linear regression analysis of the classical assumption
test, t test, and determinant coefficient. The management of data in this study uses the SPSS
software program (package statistic for the social sciens) version 20.0 for Windows.
The results of this study prove that partially the mobile banking variable has an
influence on household activities. This is evidenced by the value of t count> t-table value
(4.791> 2.002), it can be explained that there is a significant and positive influence between
Mobile Banking (X) and Household Activities (Y)
