The aim of the reseach to know The Correlation Between Emotional
Intelligent and Student’s Learning Outcomes at The 7 Grade of Mts al-Azhar Bulu
Cina Hamparan Perak . The sample of this research are VII-1 and VII-2 where
VII-1 that consist of 25 students and VII-2 that consist of 25 students. The
Method used in this study was a quantitative method. The result were interval of
85-89 was 28% with a total of 14 students. In emoticonal intelligent 6 % of
students got a score of 96-102 with a total of 3 people, a score of 103-108 was 34
% with a total of 17 students, a score of 109-115 was 30% with a total of 15
students, the score range was 116-120 amounting to 20 % with a total of 10
students, a score of 121-127 with a total of 10 % with a total of 5 students. Thus,
it can be interpreted that the score in the interval 103-108 is the highest score,
namely 34% in the low emotional intelligence category so Learning outcomes The
score with the interval 90-95 was 16% for 8 people, and the score with the interval
96-100 was 2% with a total of 1 student. So the highest percentage is 48%,
namely an interval score of 79-84 with as many as 24 people. The conclusion
Based on the research results presented by the researcher, it can be concluded that
there is a positive relationship between emotional intelligence (X) and learning
outcomes (Y) with a correlation coefficient of 0.97. With these results it can be
categorized that the relationship between the two variables is highly significant
and positive. with an R square of 0.98 which contributes to the fact that emotional
intelligence influences student learning outcomes. |
