THE STUDY OF FEMINISM IN THE MOVIE SCRIPT OF LAYANGAN PUTUS BY BENNIE SETIAWAN

Abstract

This study discusses about thestudy feminism in the movie script Layangan Putus. The purpose of this study is to find out feminism, especially social feminism, which is used in the film script Layangan Putus, the form of feminist ideas on the character of Kinan in the film script. This research was conducted using qualitative descriptive content analysis. Which then from these signs will produce the meaning contained in the film. The data source used is a soft copy of the film from Layangan Putus. There are 11 scenes that depict feminism in this film. Based on the results of the analysis, the conclusions obtained from the film series Layangan Putus are very good and the moral message can be seen through signs such as dialogue and appearance in the pictures from the film. From this film we can learn not to be too late in sadness and not too afraid to make decisions even though they are hard but rest assured there will be happiness afterward. Dare to let go of something that is not good, rest assured that God will replace it with something much better.
