Abstract:
The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze The Effect of Budgetary
Participation and Job Relevant Information on Managerial Performance at PT
Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional II Medan. This study employs an associative
approach with a quantitative research design, using primary data collected through
questionnaires. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires to managers
and representatives from each division involved in the budgeting process at PT
Perkebunan Nusantara IV Regional II Medan. The sampling technique used in this
study was saturated sampling, resulting in a total sample of 32 respondents. The
data analysis techniques include descriptive statistics, multiple regression analysis,
hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination test, conducted using SPSS
software. The results show that, partially, budget participation and Job Relevant
Information have a positive and significant effect on managerial performance.
Simultaneously, both variables also have a positive and significant effect on
managerial performance.
