Based on the research results, it was concluded that the implementation of Good

a relatively objective and fair decision-making process. Several challenges remain,
including limited data access in some divisions, mismatched employee
competencies with their respective areas of responsibility, and the influence of
certain groups in decision-making. These weaknesses have the potential to hinder
management effectiveness and overall company performance. The implementation
of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) principles at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV
has positively contributed to improving the company's managerial performance.
Good transparency facilitates management's rapid and accurate decision-making,
while accountability ensures that each organ and employee carries out their duties
according to their roles and responsibilities, resulting in more effective
coordination and oversight. Implementing social responsibility strengthens a
company's reputation while building harmonious relationships with the
surrounding environment, which contributes to smooth operations.
