Abstract:
The purpose of this study was to carry out a descriptive economic analysis of the
development of village funds, the distribution and use of village funds in villages
in Bilah Hulu and Bilah Barat districts and the development of village IPD and
IDM in Labuhan Batu district after the village fund policy. This research uses the
basic method used in this study is to use descriptive research. The results of this
study indicate that the development of Village Funds in Labuhan Batu Regency
has experienced fluctuating developments since 2018 – 2021. The allocation and
use of Village Funds in Labuhan Batu Regency such as in the villages of N-8 Aek
Nabara, S-1 Aek Nabara and Aek Buru Selatang focus village fund budget on the
allocation of covid-19 and BLT village funds. Labuhan Batu Regency from 2018
to 2022 the status of the Developing Village Index (IDM) is in the Developing
status. In the aspect of the Village Development Index (IPD) of Labuhan Batu
district, North Sumatra in 2014 it reached a value of 60.34 and in 2018 it
increased to 64.16.
