dc.description.abstractSelf reflection is metacognitive process that occurs before, after certain situation of developing a better understanding of ourself and the situation that is faced so that in the future better. Video recording feedback to improve the general development of spesific communication and conssulting skills. Method: The type of this study was the experimental study with the post test with control group design. The sample was taken from medical university student of muhammadiyah north sumatera in class 2015, totaling 110 people. This research technique uses cluster sampling and data analysis using mann whitney test. Retrieving data through filling in questionnaires SRIS (Self reflection and insight scale). Results: This study shows that video recording feedback have averange higher than oral feedback with 60,13 video recording feedback and 50,87 feedback verbally. Furthermore, based on analysis of man-whitney statistical test results obtained p= 0,126 (p> 0,05) the number indicates that is not difference video recording feedback with verballyl to the evaluation of LO. Conclusion: There is no difference students get video recording feedback and feedback verbally.en_US
