Konsep Pengembangan Religiusitas Dalam Tingkatan Pemahaman Ekonomi Islam Di Bank BNI Syariah Kota Medan

Abstract

This research was made because there are still doubts in Islamic banking in its religious concept in the level of understanding at BNI Syariah, Medan City. Research conducted by researchers is a qualitative descriptive study using field research methods, namely observation and interviews conducted by analyzing data sourced from the location or place of research in relation to BNI Syariah Medan City in implementing the concept of developing religiosity in Islamic Banking at the level of Islamic economic understanding . The research results obtained are the concept of developing religiosity in the level of Islamic economic understanding in the bank BNI Syariah Medan City has been applied to employees through training held by BNI Syariah. In the concept of developing religious understanding of Islamic bank contracts and products the employee does not there are difficulties because employees are required to understand all the activities that exist in Islamic banks.
