dc.description.abstract | This study deals with a critical discourse analysis on Donald Trump’s speecrecognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. It is aimed to investigate types otransitivity system in Donald Trump’s, and the most dominant types transitivity iDonald Trump’s. This study is conducted by using descriptive qualitativresearch. The data are taken from script of Donald Trump’s speech abou Recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel at White House in USA, May 23 2017. The instrument of this study was documentation. The result shows thathere are 34 data found Donald Trump’s speech. It found process, circumstanceand participant. The data consisted of 32 (41.02%) for process, 28 (35.09%) focircumstance, and 18 (23.08%) for circumstance. The most dominant transitivitsystem is process with 32 sentences (41.02%) | en_US |
