Abstract: The purpose of this study is to study the regulations, supervision, HRM, and capital for the existence of Mandiri Abadi Syariah BMT. In this study, the sample taken was 43 respondents. Researchers use quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire / questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive respondents, descriptive statistical statistical analysis, classical assumption test analysis, simple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study processed by SPSS showed an Adjusted R squere value of 0, 608 meaning 60.08% of the existence of BMT increased by regulatory, supervision, HRM, and capital factors related to 39, 92% depending on other variables not included in this model . T test results (persial) allocation regulation of 0,282 or 28,2% with a significant 0.013 <0.05 indicates there is a significant influence between the regulation of the existence of BMT, supervision of 0,059 or 5,9% with a significant 0.045 <0.05 indicates there is a significant influence between overseeing the existence BMT, HRM of 0,114 or 11,4% with a significant 0.023 <0.05, indicating there is a significant difference between HRM for the existence of BMT, capital of 0,273 atau 27,3 % with a significant 0.004 <0.05 indicates whether there is a significant intermediate capital to the existence of BMT Mandiri Abadi Syariah .
