dc.description.abstractThe research deals with implicature found in the Valuable Lessons Chicken Soup For The Soul Comic.The study was conducted by using qualitative analysis. The data were analyzed base on 2 kinds of implicature suggested by Grice (2002). The objectives of this study were to describe the kind of implicature found, to examine the realization implicature in understanding epigraph and to reason for the use of implicature expressed in Valuable Lessons Chicken Soup For The Soul Comic. The limit of this study was focused on the kinds of implicature identified in Valuable Lessons Chicken Soup For The Soul Comic. Data were taken from Valuable Lessons Chicken Soup For The Soul Comic that by Kim Dong-Hwa.The findings show that one kind of implicature used by Valuable Lessons Chicken Soup For The Soul Comic. The findings show that one kind of implicature used epigraph in the Valuable Lesson Chicken Soup For The Soul Comic.en_US
