Abstract: The research is dealt with logical fallacy in the novel Bulan Terbelah di Langit Amerika. The purpose of this research is to analyze logical fallacy in the novel. The source of data of this research is taken from Novel Bulan Terbelah di Langit Amerika. The technique for analyzing the data is done reading the novel carefully, analyzing the statement by using Charles. L. Hamblin (1970) and late, select and identify the statements. From the data analysis, it is acknowledged that the logical fallacy statements have explained the fallacies in the mind of American societies towards Islam and Muslim regarding to the 9/11 WTC attack. The conclusion of this research is the logical fallacy are able to make people getting misunderstand into several substantials or thought because of their big disappointment or pain, the logical fallacy has the aim of reflecting and expressing the desire, thought, mindset and point of view of people. Moreover, the statements had the intention to lead to potential effects that the speaker wanted to achieve on the listeners that may affect their psychology. As stated by Maftoon and Shakouri (2012), Psycholinguistics is simply defined as the study of the relationship between human language and human mind
