Abstract: The aim of this study was to find out 1) to describe the application of Experiential and Accelerated learning method to improve students’ speaking skill at SMK Brigjen Katamso Sunggal in class X-2 TKJ. 2) to describe the improvement of students’ speaking skill by applying Experiential and Accelerated learning method at SMK Brigjen Katamso Sunggal. Classroom action research was used in this research. The test was given to the students in the forms of conventional learning method test and experience and accelerated learning method test. Based on the result of this research, shown that there was improvement of the students’ speaking achievement. It can be seen from the average score of pre-test was 64.13, post-test was 79.36. The results demonstrated that the students’ scores increased as 80% students success in the test and having score 79.36 in average.
