Title: STUDENTS' PERCEPTION OF USING ONLINE APPLICATION ON VOCABULARY AT THAILAND MIDDLE HIGH SCHOOL

Abstract: Objective of the study was found out students’ perception of using online application on vocabulary learning. The method of study was selected two classrooms for the eighth year of middle high school at Thammavitya Mulnithi School. The populations of research were collected 1.045 students of two classrooms at eighth of middle high school in the school year 2022/2023. Sample of research used probability sampling, it was of 59 students. The instruments used the questionnaire and interview. Items used a Likert scale questionnaire were strongly disagree, disagree, neutral, agree, and strongly agree. Technique of data analysis used collected SPSS (V.21). From the research, in learning vocabulary, the percentage of 57.9% the most commonly used application and is very much liked by students is Duolingo, the results of the study, the best techniques for improve their vocabulary using applications online found that a percentage 57.6 % of advantages and that a percentage 69.4 % of disadvantages the perception Participants indicated that they found the use of online applications during their studies to be positive that can be learned at home, the researcher found that a percentage 71.1 % of learn in outside of the classroom is not boring because there are powerful tools to learn vocabulary. The perceptions of using the application online participants perceived that they find it easy to use and understand the application to learn English vocabulary because they can use it can be used anytime anywhere so they can understand and learn English vocabulary easily, even if they are not in the classroom. It was concluded that application online they were interested in gave those more motivations to be diligent in learning and useful applications online make them more active in practice English vocabulary because it was easier to use and more extensive than the classroom vocabulary can and most importantly, actually use English skills in daily life.
