Abstract: A nozzle is a device or device designed to control the direction or characteristics of fluid flow (especially to increase speed) when exiting (entering) a closed space. Nozzles are often in the form of pipes or tubes of various cross-sectional areas, and can be used to direct or modify fluid flow (liquid / gas). The nozzle is often used to control the flow rate, speed, direction of mass, shape, and or pressure of the flow that appears. The nozzle speed of the fluid increases according to the pressure energy. The measurement of pressure and speed at the nozzle is carried out by a simulation process using the Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) method using Software Solidwork 2014. The geometry of this study is a Convergent-Divergent Nozzle with StainlesSteel material. This research was conducted with a variation of the inlet mass flow starting from 0.08 Kg / s to 0.18 Kg / s. The results of this study indicate that the pressure and fluid loss coefficient at the nozzle are influenced by the Inlet Mass Flow.
