Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of micropropagation of flower ginger by giving various concentrations of BAP and IBA. This study used a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 2 factors, the first factor was Administration of amino purines (BAP) with 4 levels, namely B0: Basal media MS without PGR (control), B1: 0.5 mg/L BAP, B2: 1 0.0 mg/L BAP, B3 : 1.5 mg/L BAP and the second factor was the administration of indole buctyric acid (IBA) with 4 levels, namely I0 : Basal media MS, I1 : 0.05 mg/L IBA, I2 : 0 ,10 mg/L IBA, I3 : 0.15 mg/L IBA. There were 16 combinations with treatments repeated 3 times, resulting in 48 research jump jar units, the number of planets in each treatment contained 2 explants, the total number of explants was 96 explants. The parameters measured included the percentage of live explants, the percentage of explants forming shoots, the number of shoots per explant, shoot height, number of roots, percentage of explants contaminated with fungi, percentage of explants contaminated with bacteria and root length per explant. Observational data were analyzed using statistical data analysis and analysis of variance (ANNOVA) and with the DMRT follow-up test. The result showed that giving various concentrations of BAP treatment had a significant effect on the parameters of the percentage of explants forming shoots, number of shoots and shoot height, but it did not significantly affect the parameters of percentage of life, number of roots, fungal contaminated explants, bacterial contamination of explants and root length. the IBA treatment had no significant effect on the parameters of the percentage of live explants, the percentage of explants forming shoots, the number of shoots per explant, shoot height, number of roots, percentage of explants contaminated with fungi, percentage of explants contaminated with bacteria and root length per explant.
