Abstract: his research dealt with the analysis of Contextual Meaning on Twenty One Pilots in Blurryface Album. The objectives were to find out the types of contextual meaning and the reasons why he wrote the song in this album. The researcher focused on context of person (49 cases), context of place (10 cases) , context of mood (11 cases), context of subject-matter (5 cases) and context of time (5 cases). The researcher were found the reason why the song writer wrote the song in this album which are to send the message for the fans about his alter-ego, about his friends, about his wife, how to overcome the depression, and the songwriter want to send the message that the person who has the alter-ego does not always have a bad impact for others. The researcher were used descriptive qualitative method was taken to analyze the data from the nine songs on Blurryface Album which was published in May 2015. The finding showed that contextual meaning was used on this album which totally included 80 cases.
