dc.description.abstractThis research aims to find out the bloggers’ translation method and the most dominant translation method that used. This research described the kinds of translation method that used by authors at blog in translating short story. The method of this research was qualitative research. The process of research involves, translation method analysis is a process of analyzing, observing, and classifying author’s translation method. In addition, the data is in the form of sentences which has different transalation methods. In this study, the researcher analyzes translation methods on blog is made authors. After getting data, the researcher analyzes and investigates the authors’ translation method occurred on blog and what types they were. The findings of this research showed that there are some methods that authors used in translating process, The first blogger produced two types of translation methods : Word for word translation and Literal Translation. And the second blogger produced two types of translations method : Free Translation and Literal Translation. And there were two the most dominant that method translation have been found by researcher, They were: Word for word Translation and Free Translation methoden_US
