Firza Abstract: The Aneuk Jamee tribe is one of the tribes in the province of Aceh, with the largest population in the South Aceh Regency. From the historical side, the Aneuk Jamee tribe originated from Minang Kabau, West Sumatra Province, most of the customs and cultural habits of the Aneuk Jamee tribe and Minang Kabau have similarities, but it's just that the Aneuk Jamee culture has been mixed and influenced by Acehnese culture. This paper discusses how the Aneuk Jamee culture exists in the formation of children's character in the era of disruption of the industrial revolution 4.0. The development of the digital world is growing rapidly in this era, this has resulted in many aspects that continue to change from ordinary to unusual, such as the economic, political, educational and cultural aspects. Besides having many positive sides, especially in terms of practicality in the management of various things, of course, these changes also have a negative impact. In terms of social order, the most dominant thing seen from the influence of this digital world is the occurrence of social aridity in various lines of social life, children tend to be apathetic and individualist. Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara (UMSU) dan Universitas Selangor, Malaysia, bagian dari perguruan tinggi di dunia yang secara intensif dan masif memanfaatkan program tersebut sejak lima tahun terakhir dalam rangka merajut kerjasama yang lebih dalam untuk menambah pengalaman dan wawasan akademik mahasiswa dan perguruan tinggi antar kedua negara. Wujud dari keseriusan dan memandang kerjasama ini sangat penting, maka kedua perguruan tinggi membentuk lembaga atau kantor khusus menangani kerjasama internasional. Dengan demikian secara tidak langsung UMSU dan Universitas Selangor telah melembagakan budaya serumpun yang multikultural sebagai turunan setiap kerjasama termasuk program pertukaran pelajar internasional. Indonesia dan Malaysia adalah negeri serumpun yang memiliki bahasa Melayu adalah modal untuk mempererat kerjasama dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan lulusannya. Pertukaran pelajar tingkat internasional akan memberi pengalaman dan wawasan akademik yang luar biasa bagi keduanya. Mahasiswa dan perguruan tinggi saling berkomunikasi. Secara otomatis terjadi proses tukar-menukar informasi, transfer of knowledge dan pengalaman tentang perkembangan pendidikan di masing-masing negara serumpun. Kedua negara yang memiliki kekurangan dan kelebihan dalam mengelola pendidikan tinggi.
